Great job

TEO is a great company. I had a fire insurance claim in Martinsburg, WV and they did everything from my flooring to painting to drywall work. The workers are friendly and work long days to get the job done. Elias (the owner) is very nice, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Highly recommended!

Teo Construction first came recommend to me by a family member. They raved about their experience working with Teo. Shortly after the recommendation, my next-door neighbor had Teo Construction at his home to look at his roof. While up on my neighbor’s roof, Teo noticed damage on my roof. Elias helped us work with the insurance company. He would communicate with us every step of the way. When it came to doing the work, the crew showed up on time, cleaned up all the old debris and made sure everything was installed properly. The roof looks great. Actually, Teo replaced about 20 roofs in our neighborhood. Word of good service travels quickly. I was so impressed with Teo, that I had them give me a quote to finish my basement. I had already gotten quotes from three other contractors. The quote was very competitive and included permits which the other contractors did not want to handle. At first I was a little skeptical, since Teo is know for exterior work. However, Ricardo, their indoor guy, has over 15+ years experience working on kitchens, bathrooms and basements. He came in with a great vision and energy. He made several suggestions that we never thought of. He takes great pride in his work. Our goal was to have the basement completed by Thanksgiving. Ricardo and his crew worked weekends and evenings to get the job completed. Our family is very happy with the space. In today’s day and age, it is nice to find an honest straight forward contractor that does great work. If you are looking for exterior or interior work, I would highly recommend contacting Teo Construction.

TEO Construction Derivces are the real deal!! They are very professional from the start. The listen to what is needed and suggest any recommendations you may need. They will work with your Insurance company and provide all the necessary paperwork and work directly with the insurance adjusters and inspectors during the inspection process. They will come in and start the work and finish in 1 or 2 days depending on how big the job is. They clean up in the evenings so you do not have to walk through all the debris. The roof looks Great and the material used is very good quality. And the warranty is from the manufacturer and they stand behind work!! I highly recommend them!! Elias and TEO Construction crew are outstanding!!

[Quick Summary] I'm incredibly happy with my experience working with Elias and TEO Construction in my process of replacing the roof of my townhouse, and have no hesitation in recommending their work. [House Inspection] Elias was very respectful of my time, and was very efficient in both inspecting my roof and providing a quote. The inspection took under twenty minutes - the half to inspect the top of my roof, and the rest discussing the work that needed to be done. He provided a single estimate, which I felt was very fair. Elias was the only person who looked at my roof from above. He took about ten aerial pictures of my roof using a drone and sent them to me later in the afternoon with his quote. I find this a fantastic use of this technology, and am surprised more companies don't use one - seeing over 20 missing shingles scattered across my roof was a big factor confirming that I needed to replace it this year, since I only saw a few of them missing at ground level. [Materials Used] TEO Construction uses GAF products, and is certified as a Master Elite contractor, which adds some extended warranties on the work they perform. The materials they used seemed similar with two other companies that provided me quotes. These included architectural shingles (wind-rated at 130mph), ridge vents, a tarp-like water/ice barrier, flashing, a few boards of plywood; all of which included warranties for work and on the materials themselves due to their certification with GAF. [Estimate / Quote] The prior day, a different company came out and provided an outrageous estimate, so I checked the price of similar roofing materials at Lowes. Elias' quote was not substantially above the consumer cost of those materials, and was under half (!!!) of what the previous company asked for. Given the quality in the materials and warranties that TEO Construction provided, their quote ended up providing the best value for me. [Construction] Four contractors performed the work on my townhouse. They started at around 8:00am, and they were done around 4:00pm that afternoon. I was happy with the work that was performed, and the work itself seemed to go smoothly. They cleaned up the work site very well - I didn't notice any nails around my lawn, driveway, or backyard, and they hauled all the old shingles and materials away after the work was complete.
